     A healthy diet can make you healthy:

    Health is essential in human life. A person can’t be able to do anything with bad health. Bad health takes a poor effect on a person’s life. People try their best to improve their health so that they can keep pace with the world. Good nutrition is essential for good health. So, for good health, eat healthily and drink healthy. A healthy diet makes you strong physically and mentally.

     

    A healthy mind in a healthy body:

    Physical and mental health are relatable to each other. If a person is physically not fit, then he can lose his mental wellness also. Everything is connected to what you eat and what you put in your body. Poor physical health affects a person’s mental health. Physical problems such as heart disease, ulcers, and colitis affect mental health. The unhealthy immune system, making people in a cause of excessive anxiety, and stress can contribute to more vulnerable to conditions ranging from the common cold to cancer. 

     

    Daily exercises to stay fit for life:

    Daily exercise keeps you healthy, refreshed, and energetic, and you participate more and more in every area of life. There are many exercises that you can do every day to stay healthy. Some of them are as follows:

    •  Wall Slides

                    Wall slides are a warm-up and prehabilitation exercise that increases mobility and flexibility throughout the shoulders. If keeping your back against the wall proves to be extremely difficult, you can move your feet further away from the wall and bend at the knees more, or you can do the same exercise while laying on the floor.

    •  Running and Jogging:

    Jogging is beneficial in burning a lot of calories. It helps to build better cardiovascular capacity as well as muscular endurance. Running and jogging are forms of aerobic exercise that produce energy by combining the glucose or fats present in the body with oxygen. Running is the best daily exercise for men or women irrespective.

    • Aerobic exercises:

      Intense aerobic exercise should be done every two or three days, as the muscles used need to recover. Low-intensity and steady-state aerobics can be done every day. 

     

    • Yoga:

        Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. It became popular in the West in the 20th century. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit yuj, which means to yoke and samadhi or concentration. Thus, yoga is a practice that aims to join the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga also helps in mental health to tame and quiet down the nervous system.

    • Builds Self-Confidence. 
    • Memory.

     

    Advantages of physical and mental wellbeing:

     If you’re not suffering from a mental health problem, regular physical activity can still offer a welcome boost to your mood, outlook, and mental health. Sharper memory and thinking. The same endorphins that make you feel better also help you concentrate and feel mentally strong for tasks at hand. And you will not have any mental tension when your work is on time.
